Dale is a Colorado native, born and raised in Englewood. He attended University of Northern Colorado receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing while also playing on some very successful UNC football teams. Dale started Connecting People in 2000 working from his home: working with clients during the day and recruiting professionals for openings in the evenings! Dale enjoys many activities, but owning and driving a car in the NASCAR Home Track Series is at the top; along with Muay Thai kickboxing and brewing craft beer when time allows. Dale’s favorite interview question has always been: “What does perfect look like for you?”
Alex has been with Connecting People since 2006 (revisionist) – Born in the Amazonic region of Venezuela (more like Caracas), he went on to the life of an ex-pat and experience foreign adventures in Brazil and Holland. He moved to the US in 2001 to attend Colorado State University – GO RAMS!! Alex is a soccer fanatic and can often be found being obnoxious at a futbol pub, he also enjoys playing videogames and building legos with his two boy wrecking crew. Favorite interview question: "How do you deal with conflict?"
Kimberly has been with Connecting People since 2007. Following the non-traditional route, Kimberly went straight to work as a Court Reporter after high school, receiving her Associate of Art’s Degree from Denver Academy of Court Reporting. Making the decision to stay at home with her two girls through their first years, she resigned. Ready to re-enter the work force, Kimberly went on to receive her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Kaplan University…and so began her second career! Starting as the Administrative Assistant, Kimberly rose through the ranks to become the Director of HR. A true Colorado native, Kimberly feels like “there’s no place she’d rather be”! She enjoys the outdoors and quality family time. Her two girls are truly the bright stars in her life!
Brian has been with Connecting People since 2011. A Michigan native, Brian moved to Colorado to attend Colorado State University, completing his Degree in 2008. He can be found on the golf course, ski slopes, or watching his favorite team, the Detroit Red Wings. Brian’s favorite interview question to ask is: "Would you rather be liked, or respected?"
Lisa has been a part of Connecting People since the beginning. Being an Air Force brat, she grew up all over the world. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education from the University of New Mexico and once settled into the Denver area, she went on to receive her Master’ Degree in Deaf Education from the University of Northern Colorado. Lisa taught for 12 years in the public school system and has most recently become a certified yoga instructor. She loves time with her family, loves the outdoors, loves yoga and loves a great margarita! Favorite Interview Question: "If you could live your dream, what would you be doing?"
Kevin has been with Connecting People since 2012. He was born in Phoenix, Arizona but has lived in Denver for over 25 years. He attended Regis Jesuit High School before graduating from Colorado State University in 2006 with a Real Estate/Finance Degree. Kevin is an avid sports fan and thinks he still can keep up on the soccer field. He is currently playing on a coed indoor soccer team and enjoys playing in summer kickball leagues, hiking, playing tennis and walking his Olde English Bulldog ‘Melo’. Mark joined Connecting People in 2014 - Mark is a Colorado native, born and raised in the northern part of the state. He graduated High School from the small town of Windsor in 2007, and promptly started his collegiate career at Colorado State University where he studied Health and Exercise Science. When Mark is not in the office at CPI, you can find him ripping up the asphalt at your local Speedway. Mark has been driving racecars since he was 13 years old, and collected his NASCAR license the day he turned 16, and has been competing and collecting awards as a NASCAR Sanctioned Driver ever since. Mark is also an avid sports enthusiast, and highly values his time with friends and family. Favorite Interview Question: “Can you tell me about a time when you almost failed, how you felt about that, and what you did instead of giving up?”
Zach recently relocated from Washington, DC, where he was an IT/Government Recruiter for two years. He moved to Denver in December 2015 to continue his career in IT recruiting. Zach enjoys playing golf, tennis, basketball, and hiking in the Rocky Mountains. He graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor’s in Business Management (LET'S GOOO MOUNTAINEERS!). Favorite interview question: "If you were chosen to attend Hogwarts, what house do you think you’d end up in? (Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw, or Hufflepuff)"
